MAJESTY were founded in 1997 by Tarek "MS" Maghary and Udo Keppner with the clear target of giving their passion HEAVY METAL expression. MAJESTY stands for loud and wild Heavy Metal in styles of musical paragons such as Manowar, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest or Accept. In the early summer 2000 MAJESTY recorded their first professional CD "Keep It True", in the House of Audio Studio in Karlsdorf which hit in the press like a bomb - and at one blow MAJESTY became the most well-known "unsigned band" in Germany. In the big German magazines there were invariably excellent Reviews. Rock Hard voted the band even as the newcomer tip! On the Young-Talent-Festival in the Rockfabrik Ludwigsburg MAJESTY landed in third position and were allowed to open up the BANG YOUR HEAD open air 2001 in Balingen.That this outstanding band doesn’t have to wait long for a deal was for sure. Massacre Records secured themselves this raw diamond at the end of the year 2001. In June 2002 the first official long-player "Sword & Sorcery" waited for the publication and MAJESTY delivered a True Metal blockbuster of international grade, which ranked among the most respected albums of the year. Again recorded at the House of Audio in Karlsdorf (PC 69, Edenbridge, Axxis etc.) singer and producer Tarek Maghary did not leave anything in coincidence: pompous, epic Metal tracks, a clear, thundering sound and a superb artwork of the legendary Ken Kelly (Kiss, Manowar) resulted in a "must have" album for every real Metalhead! For the song "Heavy Metal" the ex-Manowar guitarist Ross the Boss could be even engaged as a guest. Fantastic reviews followed and MAJESTY were called as the best Metal newcomer band in years by all large Metal magazines. At the beginning of 2003 Tarek decided to concentrate only on his singing in the future. Therefore MAJESTY got in Rolf Munkes one of the best German lead guitarists in the band.

In the summer of 2003 the band went into the studio to produce their new work "Reign In Glory". The album was mixed by no other than Stefan Kaufmann (U.D.O./ACCEPT), who gave the album a pressureful, powerful Heavy Metal-sound of international grade. The album was released on 27/10/2003. In the summer 2004 the band released their first DVD + double Live-CD. The box named "Metal Law" contains a two-hour MAJESTYconcert, which shows that MAJESTY are one of the best live bands in Heavy Metal.
Everyone who experienced the band live so far was cast under its’ spell. For example at the BANG YOUR HEAD festival 2004, where MAJESTY played an outstanding concert in front of thousands of Metalheads. Also in 2004 the band went on their first european Tour as a special guest of U.D.O. and was able to strengthen their international status.

In spring 2005 MAJESTY once again entered the ROXX studio to record their new masterpiece entitled "Hellforces" together with producer Stefan Kaufmann. The album offers everything one can expect from the band in total perfection. Fantastic, catchy metal-hymns which are presented with such a delightful laying that every metalfan will get crazy about it. It´s already clear that "Hellforces" will be the glorious, immortal highlight of 2006. By end of January 2006 the EP "Sons Of A New Millennium" will be available in the stores throughout Europe for a special & cheap single-price. After the release of the album MAJESTY will go on an european tour again and will try to play as many shows as possible to prove every metalfan:

"We are the sons of a new millennium, let the revolution begin!"
